If the cherry blossom season is actually a season, I will have to say that it is my favorite. And boy am I missing the cherry blossoms already. This year, it just seemed to have screamed by quicker than any other year, as much as I can remember. I wasn't able to go out and shoot as much as I wanted to. But the worst part is, I wasn't able to get drunk under any. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to get drunk twice next year and make up for this year.

Here's something that I've been wanting to do for quite some time. Capture the difference of this center walk in Kamakura early in the morning and in the afternoon.
At 6am Friday, March 28, almost everyone is a local just taking their morning stroll or walking their dog. (image cropped about 50%)

Not exactly the same angle but close enough. This was taken on a Saturday around 5pm Saturday, March 29. Not only is there a ton of people but notice the cherry blossoms are more full. This was also my first glimpse of the bride and groom that day.
