A series of Akarenga-soko (Red brick Warehouse) in Yokohama. These buildings were built from 1911-1913 by the British to be used as warehouses. In fact, they were built so well that the main two buildings survived the Kanto Earthquake and bombings of WWII. It's now full a shops and restaurants including a kick-ass jazz bar/restaurant. It's a popular date spot and a great place for night photography.

The bottom image was taken first before the clouds came in....notice the difference in sky color. Anyway, you may also notice the UFO in the photo. I was hoping I was going to be abducted so I can get one of those "ring" souvenir things that all abductees get (just in case.....that's a helicopter). BTW: Unlike my other photos, click on these to enlarge.
